We built NSY from inside school offices — watching clerks re-enter the same student into four different registers, and a fee receipt take eleven minutes to find.
So NSY starts where the work starts: the front desk, the fee counter, the exam cell. Every screen is tested with a clerk who has never used anything beyond Excel. If it needs a training manual, we redesign the screen.

Will our staff actually use it?
The interface is in plain English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and Bengali, with the four screens a clerk needs on the home page. During training we sit with each role until they’ve done a real receipt, a real attendance sheet and a real report card on their own.
We already have an ERP. Why switch?
Most switches we do are away from systems bought for compliance, not daily use. We’ll run a two-week side-by-side with your current data at no cost. If your team doesn’t prefer NSY, you keep the old system and we part as friends.
How safe is our student data?
Hosted in India (Mumbai region), encrypted at rest and in transit, role-based access with audit logs on every fee edit. Full export at any time, and a signed data-processing agreement before migration begins.
Can it handle our board’s format?
Yes. Report cards, registration files, UDISE+ and board exports are built for CBSE and ICSE, with custom templates for state boards and autonomous colleges. We test against last year’s actual file, not a sample we invented.
What does support look like after go-live?
A named person on WhatsApp, not a ticket queue. We usually reply within the hour during school hours. Quarterly reviews with your admin team, and free upgrades through the academic year.
